Product & Conditions of Return
ANY PURCHASE MADE THROUGH A THIRD PARTY, MUST FOLLOW THEIR POLICY
To be eligible for a return or replacement, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
Item can be replaced within the first 14 days after delivery if the Item is defective.
It must also be in the original packaging.
EW can repair your scale at no cost if:
•The scale is still under the 1 Year Limited Warranty.
•If the problem is caused by a manufacturer issue.
•Above conditions will be determined by EW after service.
EW will not be responsible for the shipping cost to our warehouse.
EW will pay for the shipping cost, only if you report a received damaged or defective product within the first 14 days after delivery.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted:
•Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
•Product with obvious signs of use
•Any product that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
End User Returns:
Product can be returned or replaced within the first 14 days upon receive.
Product returns directly from the end user MUST have prior approval and notifications.
RMA’s must be clearly displayed on the exterior of the shipping package.
The Product can be exchanged within the first 14 days upon receive.
Returns are acceptable if the above conditions are met.
Confirmation of applicable warranties should be considered prior to requesting a RMA.
Shipping damage is not considered a valid return or warranty item.
Dealer/Distributor
Easy Weigh USA Inc., (EW), reserves the right to accept returned products based upon the products condition to be
placed back in stock and sold without any additional costs as a new product, (this includes packaging condition).
All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization, (RMA), from EW.
Only current items may be returned.
Open Invoice Items:
Products may be returned on all open invoices without a restocking charge if the above conditions are met and products are returned freight prepaid.
Overstock items: Product returns for overstock items are negotiated prior to each return and must first meet the above conditions.
Overstock items may be subject to a 10% restocking charge based on costs to restock.
Shipping returns
If the product is being returned 14 days after delivery, You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning or service your item.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where are you located, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Sale products
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged when you receive them. If you need to exchange it for the same item.

Refund Policy
Once items have been received, and all above condition have been met, refunds will be returned within 30 days of the requirements being met.
Funds will be returned in the same manner as the original purchase.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
